“I’ve been attending Sarah’s classes for 5 years and there’s never been a session I haven’t enjoyed. At training, there are people of varying physical ability but due to the nature of the exercises and routines, everyone is still pushed to their maximum limit, without feeling like you need to keep up. What’s great is that every session is different with new methods employed to find muscles I never knew existed! I find it nicely compliments the other forms of exercise I participate in, cycling, running and free weights. I considered myself reasonably fit before I started doing Sarah’s classes but now I have a more rounded level of fitness with a noticeable improvement in my overall health and well-being”.

“I’ve been coming to Sarah’s group training sessions for the last 3 years. Fitness has never been a strong point with me but since starting, I’ve learnt to really enjoy exercise. Sarah puts so much love and thought into each session, and they’ve always been different, often featuring brand new exercises and the training is manageable regardless of fitness level, we all have a lot of fun exercising together. In addition to the awesome sessions, Sarah always shares extra little healthy tips and genuinely cares for everyone’s health & wellbeing. Thanks Sarah! I love the extra energy, sweat & laughs I get from training with you!”

My husband and I have been doing PT and group training with Sarah for 9 months and have no intention of stopping! We came along nursing a couple of injuries which Sarah has helped us to manage and we have both noticed a huge improvement in our overall health and well-being. Our sessions are always interesting and fun. Sarah is a wonderful motivator and will always challenge our abilities. I have found that I am capable of more than I sometimes believe. No two sessions are ever the same, so it’s impossible not to have fun while creating a fitter, stronger and healthier version of yourself. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah as a Personal Trainer. Whether you are training for a marathon or just beginning your journey to a better lifestyle, becoming part of this wonderful group will be a first step you will never regret taking.

I came to Sarah 4 years ago after illness and losing 18kg and plenty of muscle. Since then Sarah has trained me back to better condition ever. My body is better and to deal with the sports and events I participate in without the typical aches and strains. This will keep me participating in sports for many years to come.
Every session is unique and takes into account my current state. Each session is subtly different to keep muscles I didn’t know I had exercised. I can’t imagine going it alone without Sarah’s excellent programs.

My husband and I joined Sarah’s amazing Bootcamp sessions when we first moved into the area and found them really energetic and fun, she made a point of introducing us to everyone and ensured we were invited to any additional events that some of the group were attending.
Sarah always offers advice and support during the sessions and always remembers when someone has an injury and adjusts the exercises accordingly.
When I had a skiing accident and damaged my knee, I could not do much at all and she arranged for another of her clients who had a similar injury and I to do sessions together so that she could keep a close eye on us and planned her sessions suit our capabilities and work around our injuries until we were strong enough to rejoin the group sessions.
Sarah is friendly and caring and takes great interest in our stories, but when it’s time to “knuckle down” she ensures we get value from each session.
She is extremely knowledgeable about exercise, the body and food and offers additional programs throughout the year for anyone that would like to join. Thank you so much Sarah we love your sessions!

As a middle aged mother of two children aged 9 and 14, my life had been filled with activity. About two years ago I suffered a knee injury and my personal fitness dropped dramatically. I felt too young to have surgery, and the pain increased with ill-health. Crunch time came at Christmas, when I hoisted myself in the most unsightly and un-elegant way onto the back of our boat at a very busy boat ramp! Something had to be done about this!!!
Sarah found a perfect match with another client Trish, and together we started to train together. My goal was to move mentally and physically to being ‘able’ rather than feeling and thinking ‘dis-abled”. Together we worked on many areas, and each time I slowly felt stronger. Sarah constantly checked in each week before and after training to see how we felt; she knew when to increase training or decrease to our ability, the whole experience felt like it was tailored to our individual needs. With Sarah’s knowledge, she moved not only my body but my mind strength too. I’m truly grateful for her help, her guidance and her amazing patience.

I am a 47 year old single working mom of two. I have been seeing Sara once a week for the past 4 years. One session early in the week helps me stay on track. Working with Sara is not just an exercise session, it’s about movement, mobility, and wellness.
I have had a number of health issues over the years and working on my fitness and tracking how my body changes as a result of these and stress has been a real eye opener. I am also happy to see the health benefits of maintaining my fitness. A recent scan indicated I have the spine of a 20 year old- a direct result of resistance training.
So thank you Sarah!

I’ve been going to Sarah’s group training sessions for a couple of years now and it’s been the best thing I have ever done. I’m fitter, stronger and more toned that I’ve ever been. Not that the job is done, there is always room for improvement but Sarah’s classes provide the perfect platform for this.
The classes are extremely well organised. Sarah starts and ends on time and prior to our arrival she has the class all pre-planned, written up on the whiteboard and all the equipment is laid out ready to go. Sarah caters to all fitness levels, all shapes, all sizes and both men and women. I have had a long standing injury and Sarah researched it in her own time and is always able to give me an alternative or advise on what I should or shouldn’t do.
Now and then Sarah offers extra activities above and beyond the group training sessions – things like an 8 Week Transformation Challenge or a Detox Challenge. These are completely optional so if it’s not your thing, that’s fine, but I have taken part in two Detox Challenges and found them so beneficial. Who would have thought that I could go without coffee! I didn’t know I had it in me but with Sarah’s motivation and the support of a great bunch of girls, I did it.
Thanks not only to Sarah, but to the girls that I train with each Tuesday and Friday morning. I started out only knowing one person, now I have made a whole bunch of new fitness buddies. We all struggle with eating properly and fitting in enough exercise, but Sarah is adamant that we don’t have to be perfect. Bet you didn’t think a personal trainer would say that!

“I joined Sarah’s group training sessions in 2015, extremely unfit after a couple of years of serious health issues and operations. I wanted to get back to a good fitness base so I could play hockey. Doing group training pushes me to work harder with better results than if I was doing individual circuit training or training on my own. Every session is well planned, using a variety of exercise equipment which ensures the sessions are enjoyable and offer a good all round fitness workout. Sarah is a great motivator who encourages you to push your fitness boundaries!”

“I have been working with Sarah since the start of the Term 4 2014. I am in my late 40’s, I work full time along with running a business with my husband, I have two teenage sons and so my fitness level was at an all-time low. Sarah is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Each workout is challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. Sarah motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results to which I now have incredible energy and my balance and flexibility have improved. If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Sarah will lead you every step of the way”.

After seeing Sarah’s first ad in the Bombay School newsletter back in Feb 2014, I decided to give her outdoor training sessions a go. After the first session I was hooked! Sarah has an amazing ability to understand your needs and then to motivate and push you to achieve the goals that you want to achieve. She takes a personal interest in your health and fitness goals and works with you to achieve them.
Over the last 18 months I have had an injury that has made training and fitness difficult, this has not stopped Sarah encouraging me to come along and do what I can. She always makes sure there are exercises tailored to my specific needs but that still challenge me. If you want fitness and fun I would recommend giving Sarah’s sessions a go!

“I have been attending Sarah’s group training sessions for the past three years. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge, skill, and expertise. She is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy-going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Sarah places high value on correct form with exercise, and always motivates me to work hard, but in a fun and creative way.
Not only, is Sarah passionate about fitness she also has lots of knowledge around nutrition. When my 13 year old daughter went to boarding school Sarah gave her some great advice around making the right food and exercise choices while away from home.
I look forward to Sarah’s sessions and always come away feeling alive!”

“I’m not a big fan of exercise, I’ve tried everything from gym member ships to walking, swimming and back to the gym…If I don’t exercise then I stiffen up and it makes my life and job that little bit more painful. When a friend joined Sarah’s and loved it she said come along……its changed my attitude to exercise and now I wouldn’t miss a session ( unless something comes up then I do a make up one) OMG I actually make sure I go on another night ……!
It’s fun, hard, exciting, challenging and most of all friendly….you can be super fit or like me and each exercise has a different level, you don’t feel defeated at the end but super excited that you did that one extra burpee or push up. Each class is different and that so works for me…..overall Sarah is a wonderful and dedicated instructor and I’m fitter and stronger than ever before!…….”

“It’s always hard going into a new and unfamiliar situation; however, I knew I needed to put my health and fitness first and I also found it a good way to meet new people. Working in a group situation encourages you to do better than if you go things alone. The benefits I noticed within the first month were that I was fitting clothes better, I was no longer puffing at the smallest of tasks and I was feeling more confident with constant and genuine encouragement from my trainer!”
