Whether you’re looking for group fitness training, personal training or personalised health coaching, I can help. Training sessions are suitable for beginners through to seasoned athletes and run throughout the year to coincide with school terms. Located in beautiful Bombay in Auckland, we train rain or shine with both indoor and outdoor training areas available.

What can you expect from a session with me? The unexpected. Classes are a mix of Resistance TrainingHIIT Training, Boxing and much more. Each class offers a variety of challenges, and I guarantee you’ll leave feeling better than when you arrived.
