What do you want from exercise?
- A functional body?
- Better flexibility?
- Uplifted mood?
- Improved strength?
- More energy?
Many people say, “I don’t have time to exercise” however, what you’re saying is “I’m not willing to prioritise exercise in my life, my health is not as important as XYZ”. If you want to gain the many health and wellbeing benefits of regular exercise – start moving, as exercise is one of the most basic aspects of self-care! If you exercise regularly you will have a functional body that you can move daily without pain, climb stairs, play with your kids/grandkids, walk the dog, lift heavy objects, garden and do some recreational sport!
As your local Bombay trainer, I will provide safe, effective, regular exercise which will reward you with life-changing benefits. It does of course require an investment of time and effort but not only will you get results; we will have FUN while we are at it. No group session is the same, you’ll use a variety of equipment, and exercises are modified to suit your fitness level, injury or age.
Why train with me?
Group Exercise is fantastic for everyone of all fitness levels. Getting fit on your own can be lonely and it can be difficult to stay motivated or prevent injury. Or, if you’re already fit, you may need to break a workout plateau or be challenged and that’s where group exercise provides an excellent option for your goals. Group Training also gives you an “appointment” making it harder to bail out and promotes accountability!
As your trainer I will know your current fitness level/ medical history and goals. I will always try and alleviate any self-imposed anxiety or pressure that you have when you first start group training and then I will modify exercises to suit your level and capability, whilst over time getting to know you personally – what your goals are and how you can best achieve them. With group training you also become part of a close-knit community that sweats, aches and achieves together. I’ve found this 100% true in Bombay. We all work together to help each other make improvements in our own health and wellbeing.
