Hi! I’m Sarah, an energetic, motivated person, who enjoys exercise! I’m a Mum to 2 girls Brooke and Isla, a wife to Dan, and my most favourite thing to do is spend time with my family, whether it’s riding our bikes, playing cards or sitting enjoying a movie. I also love CrossFit, reading books, travelling and getting outdoors!

I’m all about living life in present moment, being grateful for all that I have and making the most of opportunities.

I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2012, with the commitment of wanting to educate and inspire people to lead healthier and happier lives because I’m hugely passionate about health and wellbeing. As a personal trainer and personalised health coach, my goal is to support and motivate clients on their individual journey so that they can make better informed decisions to improve their health. I want people to THRIVE not just survive daily!
